The time is now to register as an Exhibitor for Autism Connections’ 33rd Annual Autism Conference!
Your organization has a meaningful opportunity to engage with educators, agency professionals, people with autism and their families, and other exhibitors at Autism Connections’ 2024 April Conference.

Exhibitor Showcase
The Exhibitor Showcase is a highlight for families and professionals who attend our Conference. This is an effective way to share information about who you are, what you do, and the products and services you offer. Your table will be seen by almost 400 of our supporters including parents, caregivers, self-advocates, educators and industry professionals.

Exhibitor Schedule
Exhibitor Table Set up Completed: 8 a.m.
Exhibitor Lunch: 1:15 p.m.
Exhibitor Showcase: 8 – 8:45 a.m.; 11 a.m. – 1:15 p.m.
Breakdown: Starting 1:15 p.m.
Exhibitor Benefits
All Exhibitors receive the following:
- 6’ skirted table
- 2 Conference admissions, Breakfast and Lunches

- Exhibitor name and link included on our electronic registration Event Site.
The fee for each additional Exhibitor registrant is $50 per person, which includes breakfast and lunch. A select number of tables will be available with electricity, and must be chosen at registration.
About Exhibiting at the Conference this year

EARLIER DATE
The Conference date of Wednesday, April 10, 2024 is earlier in the month than in previous years.
EARLY BIRD PRICING/DEADLINE
We are offering Early Bird Exhibitor pricing this year! EARLY BIRD PRICING IS CLOSED.
EXHIBITOR SHOWCASE HOURS
The Exhibitor Showcase hours are 8:00 – 8:45 AND 11:00-1:15, which features a newly extended block of time. 10:00-11:00 will be free time for visiting with other Exhibitors, or attending the Keynote.
ATTENDEE PASSPORT
We will include an Exhibitor PASSPORT for attendees! Attendees will be provided a PASSPORT card which will be stickered each time they visit an Exhibitor table (we will provide the materials for you). Attendees who fill out their card will be entered into a drawing to receive a $200 pre-paid credit card.
EXHIBITOR PASSPORT
As an Exhibitor you will also have the opportunity to visit other Exhibitors with an “Exhibitor PASSPORT”, and those that are completed will be entered in the Exhibitor Drawing, which also has a prize of a $200 pre-paid credit card. Both PASSPORTS are to encourage attendee engagement with Exhibitors, and Exhibitors with each other!
KEYNOTE/BREAKOUTS
This year’s Keynote is scheduled in the morning.
All Breakout Sessions will take place after lunch starting at 1:15. You are invited to attend any breakouts you wish, and can register separately for that when you register as an Exhibitor.
