Resource Directory

The resource directory includes a searchable database of self-submitted providers who specialize in working with people with autism.

While we do check each submission for obvious errors before they are included, the information may have changed since it was submitted, or it may have been submitted with errors. The directory is provided for the convenience of research purposes only. We are not recommending any particular service or provider. If you would like more provider information, please contact our Springfield office at 413-529-2428 or email autismconnections@pathlightgroup.org.

We are in the process of building this directory – please let us know if you have any difficulty in searching for a particular service or using the database in general.

Search hint: less is more! Some providers have not completed all of the information/search fields, which may limit the number of results you will get in any search. It is best to choose a broad range category, and then review the information carefully to see if they fit your needs. For example, some providers did not fill in the age range field, so if you limit your search by age, you will eliminate those providers even if they identify in their text description that they provide services for the age range you require.

Description: Since 1967, Sunshine Village has helped adults with developmental disabilities, including those on the autism spectrum, lead rich, meaningful lives. We are a thriving, vibrant community where hundreds of adults and their families connect, learn, and contribute. Each day, our participants develop life skills, enhance social skills, improve coping strategies, and increase their independence. With a main campus in Chicopee and additional sites in Chicopee, Springfield, Three Rivers and Westfield, we offer a range of day programs and employment services. With medically-based day habilitation programs, we incorporate physical and occupational therapies into music, culinary, art and sport therapy programming to shape great days. Our employment services engage business partners to help participants prepare to work in industrial and commercial settings. The community-based day services program offers a strength-based approach to community integration with unique experiences and skill-building opportunities to tap into everyone’s potential. As a nonprofit organization, we receive state, federal, and private funding to achieve our mission. We are accredited at the highest level by The Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, CARF International (CARF). At Sunshine Village, we know small moments turn into great days-where everyone shines!
