Exhibitor
Opportunities
The Virtual Exhibitor Showcase is a highlight for families and professionals who attend our conference. This is a great way to share information about who you are, what you do, and the products/services you offer. You will be seen by parents, caregivers, self-advocates, educators and industry professionals and will have the opportunity to connect the day of the conference in various ways.
You can register an additional person for $50 per person.
Artwork must be sent to joanne.lucey@pathlightgroup.org no later than March 18 for inclusion in the event program. All files must be high resolution, common image formats (jpg, png, or pdf).
Exhibitor
- $100
- Option to attend breakout sessions
- Option to meet with attendees during showcase times
- Name and logo in the conference program
- Featured in virtual Exhibitor Hall
- Register one additional person for a discount of only $50
Live Chat Room
You will be asked on the form if you would like to participate in the Live Chat Room option. You may choose this at no extra cost. This operates just like a Zoom meeting room and attendees can come in and out to visit with you and ask questions. The Exhibitor Showcase hours of the Chat Room are 8:00 am – 9:00 am and 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm. If you do not choose this Live Chat Room option you are not required to be present at any time during the conference.
Advertising Opportunities
Our conference program pdf including your advertisement will be on our event registration site as well as on SOCIO for access by all attendees and participants. Our supporters are parents, self-advocates, educators, professionals and agencies.
1/2 page, 8 1/4″w x 5 1/4″h – $300
1/4 page, 4 1/4″w x 5 1/2″h – $150
1/8 page, 4 1/4″w x 2 3/4″h – $75
